1. Acceptance of these terms
By using the Slowtide website at slowtidex.info or by submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry. These terms apply to individual users and to businesses enquiring about the host listing coaching service.
2. What Slowtide provides
Slowtide operates a local experiences marketplace in Bangkok, Thailand. We list and coordinate small-group sessions including guided riverside neighbourhood tours, open-air functional movement sessions, and host listing optimisation consultations for experience hosts. Sessions are led by vetted local hosts. All session descriptions, pricing, and logistics are as described on the website at the time of booking, and are subject to availability.
3. Eligibility and user obligations
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking through Slowtide. By submitting an enquiry or booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to make the booking on behalf of any additional guests. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Slowtide, its hosts, or other users.
4. Bookings and payment
Session prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on the website. Prices are correct at the time they appear and may be updated periodically. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Slowtide. Payment terms and methods will be communicated as part of the confirmation process. We do not currently accept payment directly through this website.
- Guided Riverside Neighbourhood Tour: ฿3,500 per person
- Open-Air Functional Movement Session: ฿3,800 per person
- Host Listing Optimisation: ฿11,500 per session
Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at booking is the price that applies to that booking.
5. Cancellations, changes, and rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at [email protected] or call +66 86 530 7241 as early as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session start time may be rescheduled to another available date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee a rescheduling in all cases.
- If Slowtide or a host needs to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full rescheduling or a refund of any amount paid.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, design, and code — belongs to Slowtide or to the respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any part of the site commercially without prior written permission from Slowtide. Session materials provided by hosts (such as printed route maps or written checklists) are for your personal use only.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or its services. Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to):
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Attempting to disrupt or damage the website or its infrastructure
- Using the site to harass hosts, guests, or Slowtide staff
- Reproducing or reselling session content or materials without permission
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Slowtide coordinates bookings and provides a platform for hosts and guests to connect. We do not deliver the sessions ourselves (except in cases where a Slowtide team member is also the host). The quality and conduct of individual sessions is the responsibility of the host.
Sessions described as recreation and community activities — including movement sessions — are not health services, therapy, or any form of regulated professional activity. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own discretion.
To the extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Slowtide's liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or attendance at a session is limited to the price paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for reference only. Slowtide does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from their use will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
